Mack’s Corn and Black Bean Salsa

Try this easy corn and black bean salsa for a healthy side dish or party appetizer.

1 - 10 oz. can Rotel seasoned diced tomatoes and green chilies (chili fixings), un-drained
1 - 10 oz. can Rotel diced tomatoes ( Mexican lime and cilantro), un-drained
1 - 15 oz. can Hunt’s diced tomatoes, drained
1 - 11 oz. can Mexicorn, drained
2 – 15.5 oz. can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
½ cup fresh Cilantro, chopped
½ cup onion, chopped
1 - 16 oz. bottle Zesty Italian dressing

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Sprinkle a small amount of cilantro on top for presentation. Chill. Serve with tortilla chips or it is excellent as a side dish with chicken or fish.
